Instructions: Place your Rock Heater in your cage or terrarium. Plug in. The heater will take several hours to heat up and should feel warm to the touch. Generally, the surface of the rock will get between 10-20 degrees above the ambient temperature.

Cleaning: Unplug heater and remove from cage. Wait for the heater to cool down then spray the surface of the rock with a disinfectant cleaner. Allow to sit for five minutes then use a slightly damp paper towel to clean the surface. Allow the heater to dry before returning to terrarium and plugging back in.

Caution: For indoor use only. Do not use outside. Not for aquatic tanks or very humid terrariums. Do not place rock heater directly under heat lamps or emitters or directly over an under tank heating pad. Never place a rock heater in close proximity to any primary heater.
